Over the past couple of months, non-members have been contacting Rebirth Support via the link at the top of the board. Rebirth's policy is to help potential members who contact us for support. However, the people who have been contacting us have not been registered Yuku users. Because of that, the users leave us pretty much helpless in replying back to them in order to help them.
